I would begin with LM1 and go up as the aggravation pattern dictates.
Gaertner works best with the Lyc type; look for the symptom of a recurring
rash under the watch band; it's nearly always there with Gaertner!

The LM potencies cover the mental symptomatology just as surely as a high
potency centisimal.
