[H] Getting through customs?

I have had a request from a patient for an official letter about the
homoeopathic medicine she wants to take through customs. She said she needs
it particularly for London. Does anyone know what info the customs are
looking for?

Robyn, you asked what are they looking for and the answer is explosives. When I leave a UK airport they waft a piece of white material over my remedies that I carry with me and then take the cloth to a machine to be tested. They are not at all interested in what I have labelled anything!!
