does anyone on this list know what the status is concerning the use
of hormones in milk animals in Europe. are there any countries that
absolutely do not use hormones for cows/goats/sheep? is there any
place that i can go to find out this information?

my concern is the impact that hormones have on the development of
cancer in the long term

Hi Tanya,
Here in Austria hormones for animals used for food-production are forbidden.
(Certain antibiotics are allowed.)
I don´t know, if there are other countries in the EU with similar laws.
