[H] Testis not dropped

I have a 4 yr old coming in next week as he has an operation booked in about a month to bring down his testicles. Does anyone reckon I am in with a chance of succeeding before the operation takes place????
According to my college notes the main remedies are Aurum and Aurum Nat Mur. Has anyone had success with this problem?

Mum has consulted with Dad and they have decided to let him have the "little
operation" rather than give homeopathy a go!!! BTW Mum is doing well with
the remedy she got from me last week!!!!
