You could think of the spider remedies too - they can have the
disintegrating affect and the vesicles, and not so intesely itching as Rhus.
Especially if there is an element of purple or dusky redness, necrosis or
ulceration at the initial site.

I recently had a woman in with an infected spiderbite, which looked a lot
like what you described. She had been given antibiotics and reacted to this
with a rash on her arms and abdomen.
I gave her a Silica 30c, as this seemed to cover the symptoms of the rash,
the bite as well as her constitution. All symptoms cleared up over the next
two days.

Thanks Jon,

Silica's one I've been thinking of.
It's one of her sometime "semi-constitutionals"; I'll give it another look.
Thanks!

Shannon, when I hear "blisters" with eruptions, itchy or non itchy, I think of Ant crud and it has been known to be effective for small eruption on the skin like insect-bites, which may or may not be from real insect bites at 6c potency given once a day.
It may be worth having a look at her tongue, which may help to confirm - if thickly coated then could lead to Ant crud (but not necessary for the choice)

Regards

Robyn

Hello Shannon,

Yes lots of watery yellow puss came out to start the clear and at the end a
bit of blood.
Hope she gets better.
Best of luck,
Fatima
