Urgent Case... Need Help

Hi all.
I was wondering if anyone would be able to assist me with this case:
The patient is a 15 year old female and has suffered from
obsessive-compulsive disorder and diagnosed with it at the age of six.
She washes her hands more then 50 times a day, has a fear to urinate in
public places and has a fear of infectious diseases. If anyone has any
ideas please share!!!
