Have you considered making a remedy of the testosterone precurser since that is what seems to have created the imbalance in the first place? Alot of her symptoms now seem to possibly come from the other drugs she is putting into her system. The mentals she is experiencing could possibly be from the state of debility she is in.

Dear Joan,
Here's another idea for the case, Staphysagria could cover the totality, might be relatively easy to confirm or eliminate (tantrum throws things; masturbation, etc). Just an idea, but feels more resonant to me than the suggestions I (personally) had earlier made. From the write-up, does not sound quite " cosmic" enough for hydrogen, although some of the flavor of that remedy seems to be there.
