A few questions:-
why did she feel she needed to take the testosterone
why also the breast implants
what was the dental implant needed for
what were the results of the melanoma (presumably it was tested for any
malignancy)
I have a few ideas I would like to think about but I would suggest at this
stage that the 'poisoning' and over dosing of both allopathic and
homeopathic medications need to be dealt with first.

Dear Joan, just a few extra thoughts.
There are a number of approaches you could take for this case.
1) Look for a remedy which covers the totality, including the recent
'poisonings' although there are some points which should be made clearer -
such as the reaction to the drugs. It is common for the Prednisalone group
of drugs to disturb the psyche in this way. I have had a number of clients
who, though not generally sensitive to drugs, quote this almost paranoia
like state. Was she like this before these drugs or not - this is important
to ascertain. Also I think it is worth trying to understand where the case
begins - does it begin with the need to enhance her sexuality with the
implants or does it begin with the reaction to the drugs etc. With this in
mind I think one has to be careful that the present situation isn't ignored
by jumping over it and going for a remedy that might be behind it, this can
cause a lot of problems.
There are also a few questions of "why" to be answered - such as the
contradiction between her saying she feels so alone (even with a very
supportive family) and yet she strives to be alone for a lot of her time.
Why does she like to be alone so much, what is it about being with people
that disturbs her, what is the real problem here. Also, being averse to
consolation is not the same thing as being averse to company, although she
seems to have both these states.
If talking to friends and relatives it is also important to get things in
perspective - e.g. what exactly does the husband mean by "she is an angel at
home" - angel is a very interesting word to use.
2) You can antidote the Apis further and then re-take the case.
3) Give Sulphur to clear or even Gaertner (for the allopathic drug reaction,
also has really bad urticaria and is related to Phos which has a resonance
with this case except for the issues of consolation and company), possibly
Proteus (for allergic reactions), and also possibly potentised Histamine.
In my own personal opinion I would probably be trying to clear the drug
situation to help clear the picture.
As a whole I can see many aspects of Nitric acid, Veratrum, Lachesis and
Hydrogen as has been mentioned.
