Mucus instead of stool - a case Part 2

OK here is the follow up and if anyone has any ideas where I should turn please let me know.
I have only 2 Rx from Phatak for the rubric of Stool Mucus only-Ant C and Asaf. Does anyone else have a rubric such as Mucus in place of Stool? This is obviously a Sycotic miasm here although there is Tub from his history.
Follow Up 1
He phoned on 18th March telling me that there had been no improvements with the Rhus Tox to the bowel symptoms. The only thing that had happened was he had some mild acne come up OS which went down in a day or so. He went on about the fact that it had been ½ term and he had been out in the sun and he feels better in the sun but now he is back at school everything is back the same. I felt hassled which I shouldn't have done and prescribed Lyco 200 split as I have had such a good track record using this remedy for IBS type symptoms.
7th April 2003

The problem has been a lot worse with bleeding from the bowel and he was off work for 4 days last week. He has also been to the doctor who is making an appointment for a check up with the consultant because of the bleeding - although The has had this before in the past and worse. He was also given some Otosporin for his ears which are now improving. 4 days off work and it was more under control. The first day back was today and he had stomach ache with the stool. After his sandwiches at lunchtime he went to the toilet several time. Before he took time off work he had been on a residential trip with the kids from school and although they behaved themselves there was always the possibility of this changing rapidly so it was stressful. He became bloated (NS) and had to go to the toilet at 2 -3am . "There was the potential that they might do something they shouldn't.
He then told how a few weeks ago his deputy head had a BP monitor at school and he asked her to test him. His BP was > 240 on the systolic and high on the diastolic as well but he couldn't remember the exact readings. The BP monitor worked fine on everyone else. His BP was taken several times during the day and it was > 200 everytime until 3pm when the kids went home and then it was normal. When he went to the Doctor the following day it was fine and I took it and it was 140/75. So he is presuming it is up when at school. His mobile phone and security key for his home was stolen at school a couple of weeks ago as well, never to be returned. "The job is a millstone around my neck".
I got him to describe today hat had happened re bowel movements and apparently this is typical.

Wakes up - goes to the toilet and passes mucus only. "It is like having a cold- greeny brown. It sinks and is so sticky that I have to use the toilet brush to get it off the toilet bowl. All my life I have had catarrh - great globules of it. A man's handkerchief can be used only 3 times." After this either before or after breakfast he passes a normal stool and he said that this had been more normal recently but as much as I tried I couldn't get out of him if this was since the remedy. Then he goes to work and when he eats something he usually has to go to the toilet and passes mucus only. Today apparently he didn't go until he got home then it was mucus only.
Yesterday was Sunday - he got up at 8 am and passed mucus only. ½ hour later - normal stool. He went off climbing and when he got to the place he passed a mixture of mucus and stool. He was then OK until after tea at home when he passed mucus only again.
I asked about the feeling he told me about last time and he said it could be "because I used to go fell walking and when you get to the top there is this huge vista. I feel that I am on the edge of some great understanding and not got there yet."
He is insistent that there is no improvement in the bowels and this is what he wants sorted. He also says that if he could get rid of the mucus that is all he wants. He says although it was worse during the residential and then he was off work for 4 days it is now the same as it was a month 6 weeks ago. I also asked when it usually stops as he said that it starts in Autumn. He said that last year it stopped after Easter.

He is taking Aloe Vera tablets and I have asked him to stop them and the juice he is trying again since nothing seems to be improved.
