Wow! That's tough! Neither Synthesis nor Murphy has it. Murphy has
Diverticulosis, with the following remedies:

Aloe, Ars, Chin, Hydr

Crossing that with the rubric Abdomen-peritonitis, enteritis, brings up ARS
and Aloe.
Ars is Grade 3 -- might be a good bet for the remedy if other modalities
match.

Hope that helps. Rosemary

from Gupta (EH)

Diverticulosis
A condition in which there are many diverticula formed in the large intestines- causing infection, inflammation with soreness and pain in the intestines- sometimes this infection may lead to ulceration of intestines.
Causes are diarrhoea, constipation, colitis, and abdominal pain. See ulceration of intestines and colitis.

perhaps you should be looking at the symptom picture and not just the diagnosis

Hi sharon

Go with the symptoms as this is a herniated state (Lyc, Nux M, Nux
Vom) and asymptomatic unless it has the inflammation and infection
which presents as crampy pain in lower left side of the abdomen
associated with nausea and fever.

probably knew that already , cant help further sorry
