I think you need to re-state the question.
After compiling "all symptoms", then you need to decide which are effective
ones to prescribe on!

hepatitis, expressed in simplistic "modern medical" fashion (not
complete symptoms, in homeopathic terms) - the answer must be "no."

A simillimum remedy would have at least one homeopathically complete
symptom (possibly a composite symptom) including location, sensation,
modification, concommitant.

A simillimum remedy would also have a component related to etiology &
"constitution" in terms of present homeopathic evidence of chronic
disease process.
