gap-toothed people

Greetings,
Some time ago someone on list posted an anecdotal tidbit gleaned from
some practitioner about a remedy that had been seen common in
"gap-toothed" people. Whoever posted that, what was remedy and any
backup info--I've lost it. Thank you.
