Hi Jennifer, Sounds like you have a scared puppy on your hands, Arnica is a good remedy for fear of hands, other remedies to look at would be Baryta carb, Nat mur, pulsatilla, Silica,Arg nit, Gels, . Possibly sulpher, Although I do not like to use sulpher in dogs. (My personal opinion). Staphisagaria could also be helpful. You''d have to look for the remedy that fits best. A good start is "does the dog seek warmth, or cold? Is she thursty? etc. I find that oxiclean can realy help take the odor out of the flooring as long as the dog doesn't have alergies to it. Bach Rescue Remedy could also help.

Another thing that works very well for urine odors is very diluted vinegar
(preferrably white/distilled).
