Memo to NHS

If my memory serves me rightly there was a memo sent out to all Doctors in
the UK reminding them that they can refer patients for homeopathy on the
NHS. I have a feeling this memo was within the last 4 or 5 years. Can anyone
else remember it and do they have the date of it and wording?
