FTRN 160 was:

This small remedy is famous for its indication in
obese patients with alergic asthma esp when
accompanied by bronchitis.

Dyspnea is prominently aggravated from slight exertion
and esp from walking in a forest. The patient shows
severe allergic reaction to mouldy leaves; so the
worst condition is walking in the forest in Autumn.
