Consultancy Request

Dear all,
I want to consult you on the following patient:

- A young unmarried educated man
- Chronic offensive smell in the mouth (8 years). Has
Cryptic tonsils and small white pieces form in them
which are offensive.
- Itching in groins (4 months)(worse while undressing)
- Slight milky coating in the back of the tongue
- A lipoma in the head which is getting bigger (there
is 2 same cases in the family, mother and uncle)
- Offensive sweat in armpits and also chest
- Slight flatulence
- Mind: Chiefly Phos. plus a little of Lyc.
- No history of severe diseases

Would you help me and tell me your options?

Dear Ardavan,
His mind is %85-%95 compatible with Gibson's,
Sehgal's and Sankaran's statement of phosphorus mind.
His physiology is %30 compatible. He has some mental
symptoms other than phos. which gives me the sense of
Lyc., but I think its better to be neglected. His
appearance is Phos., too. I'd like to know your idea
about the physical sphere.

I know that what I have written is very poor and
incomplete. I have written the only prominent physical
symptoms. I don't want to write the whole case and
just want to have your opinions and some options. I
will study your options later. You may know some
remedies which I do not know.

Dear Feras,

It is hard to propose a remedy without observing the
case directly and without studying the pre-analysed
case. But I hope that following rubrics can help you
in finding the simillimum as a ? percent part of
totality.

The percentage of contribution of these rubrics in
determination of the simmilimum is not clear because
if mentals are highly peculiar and sharply indicate a
special remedy, the following physicals will not be so
important in our decision (because they are not so
peculiar, strange or rare).
