There are some medicines for maltreated malaria these include Nat-m, Sepia, Arsenic, Ipecac and Sulph. There may be more remedies too.

I interviewed 4 practitioners working in malarial areas for their views on prophylaxis and treatment earlier this year. It was published in the Spring edition of Homeopathy in Practice. That particular issue has almost sold out, unfortunately but I believe they are going to put it on the website in next couple of weeks.
