This is NOT correct.
IT is not possible to make a 31c from a 30c pellet/pill, you need
ONE DROP of 30c medicating potency tincture... to which is added 99
drops of alcohol, resulting in the correct 1:100 dilution.

Since one drop of the tincture medicates roughly 500 #10 pills, you can
see there is a substantial difference (!) in the dilutin ratio.. this is
actually similar to the means of producing a 1:50,000 dilution ratio, as
in the LM potencies.
