Hi friend
In physiology we read that act of micturition when starts there are several processes workingtogather.Along with contraction of UB ,sphincters also come into play & normally all this initiates when there is proper place &favorable circumstances .So when we get urging it is just a signal to find aproper place & make water if urine escapes during this process while we are resisting urging it is second rubric to be applied means
URINATION-INVOL-Desire is resisted if
But if we further delay to pass urine for long time than
URINATION-involuntary,if delayed
is applicable.Because there are also some other situations if we delay some one can get continence or pain or vertigo or any thing else
That's my view please verify or analyze
