My very difficult long standing depressive woman says she feels fantastic
and is all set to enjoy Christmas. She has reduced her antidepressants.
Interesting that she got a glimmer of wellness on the Saccharum but it was
the Diamond remedy a colleague gave her in 30c potency daily for 5 days, now
reduced to 2nd daily that produced the shift. In between somewhere she took
a Rhus Tox as she felt so terrified of remedy and had so much agitation.
One remedy would have been terrific and Diamond seems to be the one, but is
not the whole thing a process and the main thing is to keep trying to
understand and to not give up. It brings home the importance of being
acquainted with the new remedies. I still have to learn about provings of
Diamond. Will be off line for a week, Jean

Re: Christmas gift
Hi Jean,
This is wonderful news, but perhaps you (or someone) can help me understand
the posology? Why daily for 5 days, and why continue it for so long? It
would never occur to me to dose this aggressively (i.e., if I were planning
to repeat frequently, I would start much lower than 30c, and if 30c did not
hold well enough on far less than that, I would assume that either remedy or
potency was wrong...). Is this because of her meds, or because the illness
was extremely severe, or is this a "usual" sort of approach for depression,
or a different method than I've learned, or ...
???
Thanks!
Shannon
