Dear Colleagues

Please help to find a suitable rubric

The patient female 10 yrs old) has cross bite [Where the bottom teeth are
more forward than the top teeth]

This has been like it since she started having her second teeth.

Interestingly her teeth have start to decay rapidly. She goes for check ups
regularly every 6 month and the in the space of 6 months one tooth is
thought to be beyond repair and two have cavities which have been filled.

Her presenting symptom is curvature of the spine, which again has been
noticed recently!!

She is tall for her age and very sporty.

in nature or better say are just results of a dynamic

Dear Soroush, are there any obvious external reason for the tooth decay -
such as chewing gum, excess sweets, poor diet (which might also contribute
to the spinal condition), chewing hair or other strange objects in a
compulsive way, etc. Also do you know if her parents teeth have the same
conditions. And I know you will have checked for aspartame use

Hi All,

In Kent there is a rubric: "domineering". But there are no remedies.
Instead there is a link to : "dictatorial".

Do you consider this synonymous?

My problem is that I have a cat I consider extremely domineering - I
do not know whether I should also consider her "dictatorial" (although
she may be.)

But I have been wondering about this generally. Would you without
qualms assign equal meeanings to the two words??

The remedies look like a good representation of ones that would represent
various kinds of dominant, autocratic, bossy behavior.

Other possible words: censorious, fanaticism, intolerance, positiveness,
contradiction, pertinacity...

Is not 'domineering' more to do with one to one relationships ?
'Dictatorial'- might mean bossing over more than one. So there is an overlap with 'domineering'.

Does this suit ?
