Heat but feels cold

Can any one find a rubric or know of a Rx which has skin feels very hot but
patient complains of being chilly. This is not with a fever. I have a
patient , a child, with bad itchy eczema who has this symptom. He is better
for warmth.
Please send direct to my email as I am on digest at the moment as from
tomorrow will be abroad with limited computer access for 2 1/2 weeks.

Remedies that come to mind include Camph and Kali-i, but especially Caps.
