Hi friends
All that depends upon the vitality & depth of disease but as
you said if it started so early like wise it must end up soon not prolong so
much Another thing is whether disease belongs to which miasm means
prevailing state of disease you can refer it with suppression theory of Dr
Vijayakar of India He has explained 7 layers of suppression of disease
disease progresses acc to importance of organs means less important organ to
more important organs from periphery to centre from down above & cure must
follow the opposite direction of disease So is true with miasms
