Hi All,
I'm writing an article for NASH News about the proposed compulsory smallpox
vaccine, but I can't seem to access the part of the bill that addresses it.
I believe it is Title III, Section 304c, but I can't find the text online.
I believe it is the Senate version. It may still be in process of being
worked on, I'm not sure.
What can anyone tell me about latest developments? Who can find the text of
that part of the bill?
Thanks,
Charlotte Gilruth

Re: Homeland Security Bill: Mandatory Vaccines?
try this web site. it is part of the US Senate bill Bioterrorism Preparedness Act 2001 S 1715.
it seems that each of these additions are listed as separate bills.
