FTRN 98 was:

Mental and general features often lead to selection of
the remedy.

Weakness and sensitiveness to cold are prominent
features. The patient is emaciated and chilly but 'is
aggravated from being overheated'. There is a marked
sensitiveness to drafts and aversion to open air.

He is irritable and fearful. One of its important
mental symptoms is 'Talking with dead people'.
'Illusions of old wrinkled women'.
It is one of the useful remedies when Silica seems
well-indicated but fails to act.
