I many times have eased menopausal flushes ,depression ,anxiety skeletal
pain etc and feel that can allay osteoporosis with remedies chosen on
totality of case with sometimes the addition of Oophorinum in low potency
when flushes bad. However I think atrophic vaginitis and dryness of vagina
difficult and have no hesitation in using a low oestrogen dose vaginal
pessary called Vagifem, not messy and I am advised not absorbed.
It is important in elderly females to keep the mucosa healthy to avoid
urinary tract infections.
I have the feeling that an active and happy sex life also helps and if the
remedies promote that, it is good.
I must admit unless otherwise indicated have not used the listed remedies
under dryness. I imagine they could be tried in low potencies. I would love
to know what success others have had A very interesting topic at the
moment as HRT becoming suspect. I am sure still have a lot to learn.
Was disturbed to see a case of massive liver failure reported with delight
in Medical Newsletter after Black Cohosh given herbally [cimicafugea] as it
is a commonly used female remedy and I think useful. Jean

remember any side effects such as breast tenderness due to systemic
absorption of oestrogen. I suppose it is hard to completely abandon 20
years or more of orthodox practice which in this instance works well and in

For the dryness of the vagina what is wrong with old fashioned KY Jelly. I
am presuming it is available world-wide. It is just a simple lubricant and
should cause no harm.

Recently I looked into breast growths in men (gynaecomastia) and as one of the possible reasons (as quoted from an NHS information booklet) is listed:

- the absorption through the skin of the penis from a partner using a vaginal oestrogen cream.

by the promotion but I believe this particular pessary less potent. I One
advises not to have intercourse for a period [? 24 hours] after insertion.

diminished state of homeostasis would then infer that it is a morbid
manifestation which condition is not treated appropriately with the use of
the topical suggested. Moisture for the tissue comes from within coursing
outward in all respects for all tissue. The applicable rule is top down and
inside out.

The energetc circumstance of blood and body fluid is deficient and
