It is an important remedy in chorea esp. when upper
parts are affected.

There is constant motion with uncontrollable movements
of arms and legs. The patient is better during sleep.

In the mental sphere, the patient is fearful, nervous
and restless accompanied by weakness and palpitation.
Talking about business is also another important
symptom.

Face is hot and flushed.

It is compared with Agaricus muscarius.
