Dear Rochelle,

I think you should pay homage to your own decision in giving Puls and wait
until her next follow up appointment, or whatever arrangement you have made
with her. If you are sure that Puls is doing nothing worthwhile then it
would be a good time to change the rx.

Potency:- I usually opt for LM's, liquid dose or repeated low potency with
strict instructions to stop if a reaction occurs, if the client is taking
allopathic drugs. At the same time offer a programme of reducing these
drugs. If their energy levels are good, i.e. the pathology has not weakend
them a great deal then I might choose a single high potency dose - the
important thing is to individualise according to the client and not be
routine about it.

If the steroids are suppressing a lot of pain then overall I think a liquid
repeated dose would be best so as to reduce that bad experience. If she is
taking any other medication offer the rx to be taken instead of other drugs.
You might want to wait a while until the steroids wear off a bit. So many
options really.

But you know the case best but my instinct would be liquid dose in this
case.
