Off-topic, U.S. -centric hep B vaccine

The U.S. & it's law are supposedly based in the individual's conscience as
the judge & jury of the intent of the law.
Originally, the intent of the framers of the constitution was that the
checks & balances of the branches of government; the separation of chuch &
state; be also accompanied by "we the people" having the power as jury in
any legal proceeding- to try not only the case at hand, but also the LAW ..
the "statutes" themselves.
Unfortunately, it is not only school officials who are corrupt out of
mininformation or wish-information, it is also the judiciary. Judges have
conspired over time to suspend the juror's duty & right of judging the not
only the case, but also the law. (see www.fija.org )

New York State's Supreme Court has made a small move in the right direction
in the recent (Jan/2002) decision, overturning a lower court ruling in a
vaccine-related case.. where it was clearly stated that it is the
INDIVIDUAL's conscience which is the adjudicator of whether or not there is
"religious" objection to vaccine... properly placing religion in the heart
of the individual, rather than in the church, temple, mosque, synagogue,
etc.

U.S schools are institutions of indoctrination, more bent toward social
control and production of workers than the cultivation of free-thinking
minds and "classically" educated minds.
