I feel like commenting on several points, but some of that may come up anyway. So, without interrupting you at this point, as Sherlock Holms put it: "Pray proceed your most interesting story." / Only one question, before you proceed in chron. order: do you have data on the pre-history of this case, earlier ailments, esp. also suppression ?
