Someone on the HHBB asked about SYZYGIUM JAMBOLANUM. Has anyone used it?
What potency and what were the results?

Yes. I have used it in a composition with a potency of 30X. The pt., who
was taking 3 to 5 units of insulin inj, 3 to 5 times a day has been
asymtomatic and inj. free for two years.

Yes I am using Syzygium in Mother Tincture with 2 patients. One is a 60 yr
old male now up to 7 drops 3x a day before meals and has seen his blood
sugar in NIDD come down which is more than the allopathic medication was
doing. He also has had a constitutional remedy (Nat Mur).
The other, a 28 yr old female , uses Insulin 4 x a day and takes the
Syzygium when she knows she is going to be eating a large rich meal and
drinking alcohol!! She reckons it stops the hypos which she would otherwise
get. I have had no success in trying to get her to try it on a regular basis
although I see her every month and she has a constitutional Rx when needed.
(mostly Lycopodium but has been to Sulphur and Calc on occasions with Zinc
removing her nightmares of being chased.)

Could you please clarify the potency of the Syzygium Jambolanum in this
composition, i.e. Was the Mother tincture added to the composition, or
was the Syzygium Jambolanum a 30X also?

For diabetes you need to find the constitutional medicine. Some
people do use scyzigium Q(mother tincture) and they claim it has
slightly helped them. Personally I have not seen it help anyone but
the indicated remedy cures almost all cases of Non insulin dependent
diabetes

Jean's observation looks logical but experience is differrent.
It is my experience that these supportive medicines or low potency
combinations or mother tinctures have no use in treatment of
Diabetes.Neither brings down increased blood sugar levels nor removes
abnormal symptoms. Continuous use of any substance of medicinal value is
obstructive to action of similar remedy.Well,change in life style is
essential requirement especially with reference to diet and exercise.Along
with indicated remedy in indicated potency ,diet 70% of ones normal qty of
food, and walking (exercise) for 1-1-1/2 Hrs cured Diabetic from Diabetes.
