remedy idea?

Hi everyone. Maybe someone has a suggestion for a few remedy ideas.
My son is a const. type of silica...His main presenting issue
currently that needs fixing is that he is EXTREMELY self conscious,
(appears shy?) hates attention, isn't aggresive at all, no drive,
very bright, but lazy (although thin), immature, does not mix well in
groups, shys away, speaks low, averts eyes. I should mention,i was
also this way (fearful, not shy) as a child, now outgoing, his father
was not extrovert as a child, quiet,my daughter 14 had anxiety as a
child, my other son 5 is also extremely selfconscious, espec. around
adults, but socially fine with peers. (miasmic?) do these symptoms
scream of any particular remedy? thanks H.

The baryta remedies come to mind but obviously a lot more information is
needed. I don't understand how his constitutional remedy can be silica. If
that was correct, it would have helped these problems as these are precisely
the things that should be affected by the "constitutional" remedy.

You don't say how old your son is or what's going on at his school. Could this be a stage in his development or the result of peer pressure rather than a problem that needs fixing? Is he bothered by his self-consciousness?
