Hello Maria,
I am willing to help out, along with the support of a few people here. Thanks very much for replying quickly and to advise that your offer stills stands.
I suspect you've been following the conversations about a move to a new site and are aware that this group is still considering Groups.io as a possibility, based on their ability to assist with the transfer of the archived messages, to ensure that once moved, the archives are readable and usable.

In order for this group to make a decision about a move to BIH (or Groups.io), it will help greatly to be able to explain to members here what a partnership or hosting of Minutus would look like, in terms of access to the archives and the ability to have an independent discussion group.
Also to be considered, is the issue of 'ownership' . . . if Minutus were to move to BIH, it will be important to have some type of formal representative(s) from this group who would have a voice in decision making on an ongoing basis. A Minutus Advisory Group or Team?

No doubt you will need to discuss this with your technical staff and likely that is why you are asking for a communication contact from this group.

In terms of technical support here, I would like to request that individuals who already have a download of the archived messages help out to provide tech assistance communicating the storage capacity of the archives and any other info about the data that BIH would need.
Hennie, you have been very helpful all along, and, if you would consider helping out with advising on the technical specs once we receive questions from the BIH tech support team, I would very much appreciate your support.

Tanya, once we have the details from BIH and have had a chance to present them to the group, would you be willing to help to attain a consensus for either a move to Groups.io or BIH?

BIHs interest is to make the materials available and to continue the study group.
Of course I prefer it does not cost us money or manpower to do this.
BIH is in a very busy period right now, I we don’t have much available free time.

Thanks so much for giving it a try!
I wonder (question for your tech person) if the email archive could be moved simply by having one of the few people who’s been successful in downloading them, to put it onto a thumb drive or hard drive, and either mail or hand-deliver it to your tech person?
