Vermiculite

Dear List,

Does anyone know about the difference (if any) between Vermiculite (the
Australian mineral) and Nos. Vermiculitis?
The pharmacy where I ordered Vermiculite 6X delivered Nos.Vermiculitis 6 X.
Would that be a nosode? And if yes is there any relationship with
Vermiculite?

two ideas:
*maybe it is vermiculite and they labelled it that way for some reason (misleadingly)
*What may have been mistakenly sent instead is a nosode for pinworm, Enterobius vermicularis, and they used the -itis suffix incorrectly?

Thank you for your response.
I meanwhile got a conformation from the lab that Vermiculite is indeed a
different remedy then Nos. Vermiculitis.
The later, according this information, ought to be an appendicitis
nosode?????
And Vermiculite is NOT available in Belgium.
Does anyone know whether it is available in the Netherlands, Gemany, France
or the UK?

remedies are highly recommendable).

That would be expensive, and my pt is for the moment doing well on something
else, so I haven't followed thru.

BUT does anyone know what pharmacy this would be? t-online.de is just a
yahoo-type server, so I couldn't tell if it was from a pharmacy or what???

I also got a reply from Helios that they have it by name of Mineral, but
only in 200c.

I was holding out for a real, 6X trit, as that was the only potency I found
attached to actual results in the write-up I'd seen. ??? Maybe it doesn't
matter, tho...

I have used 6c in a few cases of osteoporosis. One a male in late 40s with
a lot of hip and lower back pain. He also used a calcium magnesium
supplement. Frequently the first week and then every 1or 2 weeks. Feel it
helps but think people forget about it after first intake. I take it myself
when I think about it as used to have weakness and tiredness and difficulty
holding shoulders and neck straight. I can not say it helps recurring
bronchitis.
I wonder about the use 6c as the studies have used 6x. I feel it is a most
interesting remedy as it must contain a useful variety of minerals????
