Mold toxicity
Mold toxicity
Anyone have any experience with someone debilitated by mold and remedies that
might address this issue? Too tired to tell me her symptoms except that she is
cold and has lost 20 pounds. Normally gregarious and loquacious…she is weak
and can't talk on phone, can't sleep. Feels like she is dying . I sent her
some cargo veg but only because charcoal had been suggested as a way to get
the mold spores out of body. Too tired to order the charcoal. She won't get
the cargo veg until Monday.

Re: Mold toxicity
Does she have any idea what might have set it off (i.e. is she aware of a mold exposure)?
And, does she think of any changes in “anything” that accompanied or preceded the exhaustion?

Re: Mold toxicity
The lady in question moved to Pittsburg to a new home last summer and by fall
she was sick from mold coming from the basement. The basement was cleaned out
by a mold cleaning service and she slowly got better. Then this summer as the
basement was being remodeled and vents were being rerouted they found they
were filled with more mold. Everyone in house felt sick but got better except
her. She lived in a hotel for a couple of weeks but was still sick when she
returned and has seen doctors and had tests, etc, verifying the toxicity. I
suggested oil of wild oregano but she said it didn't work. However, I found
out today that she was using the essential oil of oregano which is not
recommended.

Re: Mold toxicity
There is a remedy called M.A.P. AA which is Mucor, Aspigillis and Penicillin. The dose is 30C TDS. After it goes continue with MAP 30 every 3 weeks. According to my college notes Moud Allergy symptoms start in May and go through to October. I would also consider Psorinum 1M to start with.

Re: Mold toxicity
Hi Carol,
Dr. Paul Herscu showed us a case of mold toxicity. He said it is the kind of "Obstacle to cure" that one cannot just give a remedy for. The person needs to do something about the mold itself. High order perhaps if she just moved in. But he described that kind of case.

Re: Mold toxicity
Ellen Madono -- can you describe how he handles the case? I have a patient who got mold in her lungs after treatment for breast cancer. It is there all the time. She recently had an ear infection that turned out to be mold in her ear. I am not sure how to treat it.
