Can anyone confirm remedy to be Kali Bichromicum and suggestpotency?

I am not a certified homeopath. I have worked in construction for 30 years. What grabbed my attention in your post was she was exposed to deconstruction. Lot of fiberglass was and asbestos was probably flying around. I use have used Silicea to get the fiberglass out of my face, among other contaminates. You might have a look at the symptoms of Asbestosis.

Age 74 yrs - Woman says she tries to think in terms of wellness. Continues to have hot flashes although long past menopause.

Smoked many years ago, was exposed to some deconstruction in office a few years ago and she and another person became ill and were hospitalized.

Was diagnosed with COPD.

She continues to have chest congestion, coughing, dry throat, dry mouth, dry eyes, wheezing, sneezing, sinus congestion, says her body wants to lean toward the right, neck pain also on the right, frequent urination, hearing loss, nearsightedness and astigmatism, likes the sweet taste of choclate and coconut. Doesn't eat ham, corn and pinneaple. other foods OK.

She is very thirsty, has hot flashes that never stopped after menopause, tiredness.

She is blonde,very fair, blue eyes, fleshy person.

She says she is not sick.
I feel she has chronic sinusitis and chronic bronchitis. She did not say she has stringy, sticky mucous, but I think she does and just disliked the idea of saying that.

I think I will be able to confirm that when I see her in a couple of days.

She uses an inhaler.

Does not have energy to walk very far.
All of these symptoms I believe point to Kali Bichromicum.
Can I get comments on whether you feel this is the correct remedy?

Would you suggest potency of 30c or other potency?
