Need some help...
Hi everyone!
Yesterday I was preparing meat for my dogs and had this sharp meat cutting knife in my hand… oops, while trying to chop through a bone I hit my thumb on the left hand with this big/sharp cutting tool. Good thing I didn’t chop off the top of my thumb, but I actually cut the fingernail about 1/4” down in a horizontal cut. I washed it with something and bandaged it all up. I actually cut the fingernail ONLY from the left side of the nail about this far in ___
I cleaned and wrapped it up. I took the bandage off today and washed it off. The question is: what remedy would I use to help promote the healing of the nail? I obviously can’t cut it off! Your thoughts are appreciated. I am making organic Egyptian calendula flower tea with pure water for the regular skin issues I have (very bad skin) and drinking a lot of that. But I don’t think that will help with the nail regrowth.
I have Cal 30C Cal 1M and Cal10M (I only use 30C and used 1M dose one time and nothing remarkable).
Thanks!
Vicki

Hi vicky,
It could be useful to know what your ongoing skin issues are? And from a nutritional standpoint, I wonder if bone broth (are you familiar with making that?) packed with lots of good veggies and its collagen might help with both the nail regrowth and the skin?
Do your nails tend to grow ok as a rule?

Yes… I make the RUSSIAN style Haladietz with beef feef feet…. Maria’s style recipe. I remember her talking about beef feet and finally have a source. The Russian style isn’t watery… it’s just gelatin and meat/veggies. Delicious. I have a new batch to start eating for breakfast today.
There is DEFINITELY something WRONG w/my skin. I don’t eat junk food. I have fallen a lot on cement while being outside w/my dogs. Also a car accident causing neck and shoulder problems. It has totally messed up the nerves and veins. I have had periodic venous wounds on both legs due to lymphatic problems. My skin was always beautiful until all of falling started. I also had a very serious (VERY) case of MRSA back in the early 2000’s when I was advised to go to my local (small) hospital in MD and have antibiotics dripped in my arm overnight. Of course, that was way before I became aware of the horrors of antibiotics. That MRSA was horrific. I was fortunate to come back home to the West and find a fantastic acupuncturist and
Chinese medicine guru. She saved my life, but my health was never the same.
After discovering homeopathy, I worked with Dr. Joe for a long time and saw many miraculous healings for both myself and my dogs.
Yes, but not strong! I have those kind of ridges in them. There is definitely something not right! I tend to use food as my medicine, but I do take supplements. Right now I buy big bags of Egyptian calendula flowers and make tea with it. I have seen some improvement. I’ve been doing that for about a 2 weeks. I’m going to begin a fermentation process with a scoby I’m going to grow in the tea. My gut is not good like it was a couple of years ago. Probiotics from sauerkraut, beet kvass and my special fermented turmeric “golden paste” had things under control. I am making a big move as soon as I can to Costa Rica. I have 2 wonderful aging dogs whose health is bad. Walter has a leaky heart valve and I’m not dealing with this well at all… stress and sadness prevail. I don’t sleep well… but I am doing the best I can!
Thanks for your thoughts Shannon. I have to be very careful because if I catch that on something then I don’t have a percentage (significant part I’d say) of my fingernail and a bloody mess! Yikes…

Thank you Dr. Rahman! I do’t have 200c…. should I start with 30c? I normally get remedies from NZ… Maybe I can get it from the Hahnemann lab? I haven’t ordered from them in years.
Anyway…. Thanks!
Vicki

If a wound like that got badly infected, use pyrogen 200c.
The fermented foods that you are making it sound wonderful. Please tell us more about the tea and the Tumerick fermentation.

Hi Vicky,
If the cut did not go thru the nail to the nail bed, just keep it clean and covered so it doesn't catch on something. I don't think the nail will self repair. The "cut nail" will most likely grow out in length,

Hi Vicki
I can see the wisdom of Dr Rahman's suggestion of Staphysagria and I believe he means 200c - not starting with 30c. 200c is not all that high, if it were for me, I would definitely take his suggestion and use 200c.
I have a friend who is taking Staphysagria for feeling down. I think she is taking 30c, and I told her to put 2 in a water bottle and shake and sip frequently. She later said it was more effective that way.
I think you could try that too, with 200c, unless Dr would object. I sometimes do that with 200.
From the Materia Medica: Staph acts on teeth, urinary, fibrous tissue of lids, skin, glands & right deltoid - lacerated tissue, stinging smarting pains, as if cut. (my comment, ya, it is cut. Brilliant.)
Whole body painful with feeling of weakness ......... Stiffness and sensation of fatigue in all joints. (my comment, that's why you are falling). Cutting wounds, Injury, falls, mercury, tobacco
(My question: Do you have silver fillings? They are compounded with MERCURY. Mercury is a poison and it leaches out of silver fillings. I and other people I know have had ill effects from silver fillings. I had a lot of them many years ago and was always sick with digestive and intestinal upset. When I finally got rid of them years ago, that's when I started to recover, not before. Interesting that mercury is mentioned, along with tobacco, in the Materia Medica under Staph. I smoked a great many years ago, too.)
Mind: Great indignation about things done by others or self - grieves about consequences. Sadness, gloomy, fears, with outbursts of passion. Ailments from shame, punishment, vexation and suppressed anger. (My comment, the MRSA and then ill effects of antibiotics - that set you up for these feelings.)
Abdomen: Spasmodic cutting in abdomen, swollen, incarcerated flatus, colic.
Stomach: Canine hunger even when stomach is full, indigestion, heartburn, nausea, constipation.
My comments: I have for many years at times needed Staph for those GI symptoms. I think the combination of mercury from the fillings and antibiotics really made my life miserable.
The antibiotics have messed up your GI tract, you are wise to make the probiotic foods.
This probiotic helps me, it is a hard cap that passes thru the stomach acid and opens up in the lower GI area:
Jarro-Dophilus EPS, 25 Billion Cells Per Capsule, Supports Immune and Intestinal Health, 60 Veggie Capsule
Here is a link for this to your page on Amazon: https://amzn.to/2Ylaix6
I also use this, together with the above: Probiotic MPF, from Progressive Laboratories, Irving, Texas, 75038. Phone: 800-527-9512 - Mention GoNaturalHealing.com for professional discount and free professional catalog - This stuff really makes my stomach feel good.
Another product that helps me with heartburn or if I have eaten something spicy is:
Kyolic Kyo-Green Energy Nutritional Supplement
https://amzn.to/2Hi12Es
I do well to chew and swallow with some water and then follow this after 20 min with homeopathic Carbo Veg 30x
Hyland's Carbo Veg. 30X Tablets, Natural Homeopathic Relief of Nausea, Heartburn or Gas
https://amzn.to/2VEfD69
Then here is a product that I have taken for 40 years and I have great skin from it. It is my fountain of youth:
Alta Health Products - Silica With Bioflavonoids

Hope this helps you.

Yes, that's what happened to me, my nail just finished growing back out to all normal. Just takes time.

Re: Need some help...
Chuck - With all due respect, no one can post the name of a remedy with no explanation given as to why and expect to be taken seriously. Why can any one of us not do the same thing, each with a different remedy name? Vicki has so far given 4 or 5 vague symptoms which all need further questioning, amplification, and clarification and that is not enough to do a case with. That is poor, poor homeopathic style. If someone has a suggestion for a remedy, back it up with reasons why. Do we know if her problem is in her bones? Or is it in her muscles? Or is it in her tendons and ligaments? And why is she falling? Is there a mental or emotional need for her to be smashing into the ground? Is she "slamming herself" on some emotional or mental level? Severe self criticism, maybe not liking something about herself or her life. We have to ask every possible question to find out what is really going on. To just state a remedy name off the top of one's head is not helpful nor is it justifiable to a classical homeopath or anyone who takes homeopathy seriously. Is homeopathic protocol prescribing - this for that - any more valid that using combination remedies with the name of some particular syndrome on it such as "upset stomach", or "sore throat" or allopathic protocol prescribing?
Having said all that, the remedy called for in this case may be Staphysagria. But, it may also be any one of 3000 other remedies. No one knows anything at this time and without much more information, no one is ever going to know for sure.
