Rheumatoid Arthritis - need help on case

I hope this is the way to start a new topic. Any assistance you can provide will be appreciated, especially potency.
Woman 85 years, 5' 4", 108 lb, with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia, low thyroid (takes thyroid) and recovering from hip replacement.

Had arachnoiditis (inflammation of the arachnoid, one of the membranes that surrounds and protects the nerves of the spinal cord) starting at age 15, diagnosed at 18, when she could not lift her arms anymore and was starting to have pain down her legs.
Surgery removed infection successfully and she regained strength in limbs.
However, lack of proper after-care resulted in intractable pain in hardened scar on upper spine for the next 8 years after surgery. Four years after surgery she developed dry eye syndrome.
Pain in the scar was finally relieved by multiple procaine injection treatments. However, the fibromyalgia had already begun probably as a result of long term inflammation and the Rheumatoid Arthritis (autoimmune), as well, which was finally diagnosed at age 50.

Dry eye pain was finally controlled with application of special gels continuously for 20 days and ongoing treatment with Botanic Choice, Eye Moisture Complex (Borage seed oil) (available on Amazon https://amzn.to/2UXnO9h) now provides near complete relief of dry eye pain.
Arthritis drugs prescribed for the arthritis pain likely caused cancerous tumor in the lung, which was successfully surgically removed about 4 years ago.
SHE GETS SEVERE PAIN IN KNEE WITH FLUID IN THE KNEE JOINTS (ONE AT A TIME) AND PAIN IN THIGHS AND ALL OVER EXTREME SORENESS AND STIFFNESS. DR REMOVES FLUID WITH NEEDLE AND INJECTS CORTISONE ABOUT ONCE EVERY 5 WEEKS. Then she is quite relieved of pains and stiffness for a while, and feels much happier - until it wears off.
Nothing homeopathic that I have tried seems to have much effect - I am hoping the NIT-AC 30c (below) will help this but it doesn't
She has a history of chronic constipation and uses laxatives constantly for relief. Alumen 30x and Alumina 30x seems to be somewhat helpful.
She was recently complaining of great soreness of the tongue from acids or spicy foods - nothing seemed to relieve the sore tongue until I tried the NIT-AC 30c, as I describe as follows:

I find in the Repertory under: Tongue, sore, pain - the only remedy in bold caps is: NIT-AC, Nitricum Acidum.

it is amazing to me how well she fits most of the symptoms of NIT-AC. Patients are greatly debilitated, trembling, shivery, sensitive, sore. Pain as from splinters, discharges offensive, night sweats. Causation: injury (surgery) to spine, antibiotics. Also stitches and pain in upper back, stiff neck, Mentally: anxiety, pessimism, holds grudge, headstrong. Ears sensitive to noise, deafness, eyes pains, shortness of breath, tongue sensitive, smarts, gums sore, chills with internal heat, vertigo, constipation, dislike too much salt, but no indigestion or nausea.

Also has macular degeneration - vision 20/200 legally blind.
NIT-AC 30C IS CURING THE TONGUE SORENESS, but I am not sure it is helping the arthritis pains.

WHAT POTENCY SHOULD I GIVE?
