Two incidents from Calendula

Many years back there was an old man who was being treated by me. He would off and on tell me how stressed he was as his wife was bedridden and had large bedsores. I don't remember what was wrong with her but I never suggested anything as she was under allopathic treatment.

Once he was really distressed so I told him he could use Calendula on the sores. After two weeks he came back and said - Doctor you are a strange person for months how have been telling you about my wife and you listen and don't respond - couldn't you have given me this medicine before? It seems in 15 days of using Calendula the sores had been healed almost 80 percent.

The second case was very strange - This man came with a very large wounded area on his hand which he had been having for about a week. He had used local applications and also antibiotics but there seemed to be very little healing. Anyway I gave him some medicine (don't remember what) and calendula to apply. He came back after about an hour and showed me his hand - It was really strange in one hour a layer had formed on the wound and it was no more exposed. He was so surprised with the result that he thought he should show it to me.
