Re finding the poster’s name, I wonder if this will work for your outlook: On mine, though the sender’s name no longer appears in the convenient way that it used to, it does still appear in tiiiiiiiiiny little print, waaaaaaaay down at the bottom of the full, entire, often loooooooong (let’s keep up with trimming!!!!) email chain post, like this:
