Was part of the "basket" we put to gether for my dh friend's first-born. I had no idea how they will take it. The mom (who I hardly knew before) called me 1.5 yr later and said that this book was the most useful gift and became my client: )

wonderful when you have receptive people. i had put together a small set of books on vaccines when my gd was being born

but doubt it either parent read them. very frustrating.

Can't recall clearly now but I am sure Neil Z Miller's book and Dana Ullman's Everyone's Guide were part of the package.

May have also included Timothy Dooleys Homeopathy: Beyond Flat Earth Medicine. A very readable and personable
intro to homeopathy.
