Hi Deb, might be a silly question, but did you take arnica internally after it happened? If not, I would give Arnica a try. If Arnica does not work well, I have had success using Bellis Perennis for sprains. Bellis is great for sprains, deep trauma and for unbearable types of pain. Best of luck to you.

I appreciate this reminder about Bellis, and would love to hear more about when Bellis vs. Arnica might be better. All I had read in the past, was that “some people” respond better to Bellis for an Arnica-like situation, but it sounds like you have more than that. Can you say more about it?
Have you had experiences where one didn’t work, but the other did?
