Help with rubrics for spaciness

Hi All, could I please get some help with finding correct rubrics including relevant remedies for the following issues?

- absent-minded, lack of focus and concentration, head in the clouds, being spacy, dreamy, lack of awareness. The person will not pay attention to what is being said. If you ask the person to get dental floss from the bathroom, they will come back with a hairbrush. If you ask a question, they may repeat the question back at you or give an answer irrelevant to the question.

There is no problem with hearing, but obviously the correct processing of information. The person misunderstands verbal instructions frequently.

The person will frequently talk to themselves, in quite an absorbed way. They will speak about something they have witnessed, such as a dialogue between others or what has been said to the person. They will often repeat the same dialogue to themselves over and over and become stuck on a particular subject.
