Can I urge everyone to watch this short video on yesterday’s ban on homeopathy by NHS England.
If you could this ‘like’ it, and ‘share’ it that should be fantastic
Many of you will know that my view is that the UK’s NHS is a hostile place to practice homeopathy in anyway, and that ‘hanging on’ my not be our best response. Click here to see my full argument .
But this IS an important issue for the future of homeopathy, certainly in England, and everyone should be aware of what is happening.
Thanks

No Tanya, although the NHS might like to.
It means NHS England is going to stop funding homeopathy in England, which is going to be a real problem for doctor homeopaths working within the NHS (that’s what the first video is about), and the future of the remaining homeopathic hospitals, for example, in London, Bristol, Liverpool.
We can still practice privately, most homeopathy in the UK is delivered that way anyway, there is very little homeopathy on offer paid by NHS, and in many areas none at all.
However, it is an important issue, and there is going to be a big fight about it.
The link is a Facebook page and I don’t quite know how to link a particular posting from the British Homeopathic Page, but this is the page.

There is lots of information here on what is happening, including information on the legal case that BHA and my organisation, the ARH, will now take forward against the decision.

Rochelle,
Do you mean that the NHS axed homeopathy, or do you really mean that the NHS was axed?

Re: NHS England has decided to ban Homeopathy
Allen,
I have been working on this issue for almost two decades - calling out the orchestrated plan against homeopathy and detailing how it is/will be put into action.
It seems hard somehow for many in the healing profession to understand that there are forces who are not working for a better
world or indeed for any world that does not work first and foremost for their own advantage.
So here we are a long way down the road and looking over the edge of a very steep cliff.
As I have said I am fully awake and doing what I can on a daily basis for the things I believe in - like choice in health care
and the option for modalities like homeopathy to be available to all who want them.
I don't belong to any political party because this is not party politics it is way bigger than that.

Agree with you. Have made the same point many times. Homeopaths need to take the offensive position and not
let themselves be put on the defensive all the time.
Your idea of homepathic insurance is an interesting one. Think it would have to be a plan that covered all holistic
protocols in order to be financially viable. Something to explore.

Re: NHS England has decided to ban Homeopathy
I mean the NHS axed homeopathy in Liverpool where there used to be a hospital many years ago which latterly became just a clinic.
