Interesting that several organic labels are never mentioned.

I am thinking specifically of Spectrum brand which generally has a high reputation.

The fake olive oil issue has been around for a long time as people will buy the label that is cheapest in the stores.

But the 'test' for cloudiness' in the refrig is interesting to try.

This was something I noticed some time ago with a Sesame Oil from Taiwan. It went cloudy in the refrigerator. I knew something had changed and it would finally be publicly revealed they were cutting the sesame oil with a cheaper oil.

How low can we go in our worship of the Golden Idol !
