I was not even aware of homeopathy when I quit smoking years ago. It was the herbs mullein and

golden seal root powder as I recall that cleaned out and healed my lungs. I did a tea of these herbs

every morning for several months. Mullein is a fabulous herb for lungs.

I have been a Nutritionist and Herbalist for over 25 years.
If someone has lung issues or has ever smoked they should be on N-acetylcysteine for a long time if not forever.....
Look it up and research it. Wonderful for healing the lungs.

you do Not want to take glutathione as it is a big molecule and is hard for our bodies to up load, waste of money, unless it is Liposmal,,, ...N-Acetyecysteine is a precursor to Glutathione and will assist our bodies to make the proper glutathione :)

there are only 2 "Liposomal Glutathione" I know that work well and are very expensive...LiveonLabs is excellent...
1)
This one is suppose to be good.....
2)
N-Acetyecysteine/Thorne Research carries very good products.

Hope this assists you in great health :)

Oh boy!! I need emergency help… I am exhausted and working on cutting a deer that someone donated to me. I have a huge lesson in the kitchen w/ meat and ask the @#$% around. I cut a huge gash in my finger… and I washed it w/cold water …. I need to know what the danger of infection. I hate to bother you, but I am not going to emergency, because I have supplies.

1) what do I do to clean it up?

2) I have some antibiotical cream for venous leg wounds and cover it w/Telfa bandage. The knife had been all over the small gutted dear.

3) Then just cover it up?

4) I have a homeopathic kit (full)… what remedy? It was deep enough that when I put the cold water on it, there was a sting.

Thanks for your advice…

Aloe vera won’t do a cut much good. Calendula tincture, diluted in sterile or distilled water, would be best. Do you have any antiseptics like hydrogen peroxide? When I was a kid, we used to use mercurochrome, iodine, etc., but those are pretty harsh… toxic, too.

Internally, Calendula or Staphysagria to start; what comes next depends on whether the cut gets infected. You’ve bandaged the cut but probably should be wearing gloves (dish gloves or surgical gloves) to reduce the chances of infecting the wound.

Peace,
Dale

I was taught that a good first step is make sure it gets a little chance to bleed freely, which should wash away most pathogens. After that, then move on to keeping the wound above the level of the heart, to slow bleeding, Etc. Calendula is great for a wound, and pretty much any form I think.

If there's a feeling of shock from the wound, arnica is often a good first step. But, first remedy would be according to whatever is the most prominent.
