Dear Tanya, it is perfectly acceptable to do this IF each remedy becomes
indicated. You are still applying the "watch and wait repeat if necessary"
procedure but it is condensed into a much smaller time scale. As with any
acute, traumatic stage the client can move through remedies in a very speedy
way. Just keep in mind (and this is obvious I know) - give Arnica if it is
indicated, give Symphytum if it is indicated, etc etc. Don't prescribe them
if they are not indicated. Keep taking the case to see. You might find that
you finish the case with what would be her so called constitutional remedy.

Dear Tanya, I meant also to say that you perhaps should look up the
characteristic of the wave like periods of pain that she has - maybe
UNDULATING and also have a look at, amongst other remedies, Cocculous -
which is in this rubric and is a very valuable trauma remedy.

stram did not come up the reporatorization, but it is always a thought.

she reacted a bit with arn 200c, possibly stimulating the sx she was reporting,
but i think it released something--she became very
relaxed and mentally sleeping afterwards. today, she sounded much better and
was working with a friend, helping her with some project.

she began aconite 30c today (she couldnt get a higher potency) and had taken
several doses of it before she called me. the major complaint today is the
back pain from the broken pelvis which was screwed together. her mental
sx seem to be ameliorating. the quivering and shaking are still extant, but, the
hot and cold is not as intense, just constant, and may the
result of the opiate drugs. she seems to be moving through it. i suggested
doing the rx in dilution, especially since the higher potencies were not obtainable.
i am thinking to stay with the aconite for another day and then evaluating again.

ars had reporatized out highly also, having many of the sx. its always a possibility
treating long distance is always a challenge and people dont know to report certain
sx even when asked. so new things keep coming up, like her vomiting "everything,"
except that she can eat oatmeal and green vegetables and fruit.
