Chareles - To reduce inflammation, you can start with Arnica 30C. Just dissolve a couple of pellets in his (non-chlorinated) water. If you have any type of filter - Brita, Berkey, etc. - that will remove most of the chlorine. If not, you should get one for both of you to use. Usually, one or two days of that will be sufficient. If he has infection, you can consider Pyrogen, Gunpowder, Silica, or any number of other remedies. You can find advice on their use in any good book on dental remedies such as Colin Lessel's "Textbook of Dental Remedies" or a more general "Family Guide to Homeopathy" by Andrew Lockie or similar books. You will also find lots of information online by searching for something such as - dental problems and homeopathy or tooth extraction and homeopathy - etc.. The Arnica will probably resolve much of the problem but do some research to help resolve the whole situation. As you did not say where you live it would not be possible to suggest a homeopath for you. If you provide that information, someone will surely know of a homeopath in your area.
