The theme of heaviness and congestion prominently goes through the materia medica of this remedy. The main locations are lumbosacral region, hemorrhoids and upper respiratory region. Blind hemorrhoids and aggravation of symptoms in morning are important features. Hemorrhoids conditions are better by prolonged motion.

Aesculus seems correct except the better motion. Aesculus is usually worse from motion. Another option coild be Aesculus G. Still will go with aesculus
