diabetic neuropathy

There only seem to be 3 remedies for diabetic neuropathy which I found in Murphys. Is there any way of improving this condition once it has started? Patient is on metformin - doing well M&E with first Nat Sulph and then Verat V. Just wondering about any supplements?

The usual suspects on top of multi-B: coconut oil, walnut oil, Hypericum (tincture, oil and potency), Bacopa Monieri, Nerve in potency as Organotherapy....you should really get my ODD course.... O:-) :-$ .....
